This article is based on our latest newsletter for customers and leads.
The summer has been anything but quiet at proprty.ai.
We have delivered major product improvements, visited customers, welcomed new colleagues and taken another step towards the next generation of data-driven real estate operations.
Here you will get an overview of the most important highlights from the past few months.
🔧 Summer's Biggest Product Improvements
The development team has had a busy summer, and several of the biggest improvements are already live in the platform.
Among the novelties are:
- New AI model for material suggestions
The model can suggest materials on building parts automatically and provides a strong basis for decision when maintenance is to be planned. - Surfaces split up
We now record floor, wall and ceiling separately for better precision in assessments and prioritization. - Direct download of maintenance plan
Work directly with the plan where it needs to be used — with no extra manual steps. - Small UX improvements
Faster image display, better sorting and a clearer view of relationships between buildings and building parts.

🌱 Coming soon: Cost optimization and CO₂ module
We are approaching the launch of our cost optimization modelthat makes it even easier to prioritise the right bets when the budget is squeezed.
At the same time, our CO₂ Reduction Module shape, developed in close cooperation with our customers.
We would love your input along the way.
Which functions will be most important to you in terms of priorities, climate and economy?

🎥 With customers: City & Harbor in front of the camera
They share, among other things, how proprty.ai has provided:
- condition assessment of 500,000 m² in just six weeks
- a computerised overview for prioritising and planning maintenance
- direct integration into the FM system
- greater confidence in decisions based on solid data
The video is on its way — we look forward to sharing it with you.

📊 Data insight: No building in Denmark is located more than 49 km from the coast
We love to dive into data.
This time we looked at all the buildings in BBR and were surprised by the results:
- the average distance to the coast is only 7.3 km
- the maximum distance is 49 km
- 24 percent of all buildings located less than 1 km from the coast
Such geographical conditions have a major impact on condition, residual life and maintenance costs -- and show why data-driven prioritization is crucial.
