A lot has happened recently. Tily now handles more concrete tasks in proprty.ai, new features give you a better overview of buildings and maintenance, and four new colleagues have joined the team.
Here is what is new from proprty.ai.
Tily works your way
Tily is our AI agent, built on top of the domain-specific AI in proprty.ai. It is in open beta, and customers are already using it.
Tily can find and show the information you need, and carry out concrete tasks directly in proprty.ai. Ask it to gather planned maintenance and prepare tender material, compare costs with similar buildings, or build and adjust a maintenance plan to fit your strategy.
You can also give Tily photos and old documents. Tily interprets the material, adds new knowledge and can update condition assessments across many buildings. You review and approve the changes yourself.
These are only a few examples of how you can use Tily.
proprty.ai knows your buildings. Tily works your way.
Want to see how Tily works in practice? In our Tily sessions we show what it can do and answer your questions.

New in the platform
More accurate cost estimates
Our new machine learning model for cost forecasting is now live for all properties. It estimates costs based on the specific task and the individual building.
Your buildings in 3D
Open a building to view a clean 3D model next to the map, isolated precisely from its surroundings. We are rolling this feature out gradually, so not all buildings have a 3D model yet.
Shared activities across plans
Activities can now be shared across plans without being counted multiple times. You choose whether a change applies to one plan or all plans.
Clearer maintenance backlog
The plan view now distinguishes between predicted backlog and the backlog resulting from your planned activities. The figures update instantly when you make changes to the plan.
Better overview on the dashboard
Filter key figures, maps, and registrations by organization, quickly find recently visited properties, and view the latest registration photos with full context.
More useful CO₂ page
You can now edit fuel data in kWh. The graphs also explain which improvement activities are behind the projections.
Four new colleagues have joined the team
We have welcomed four new colleagues: Isha Otten, BDR in the Netherlands, Scott Steenberg, working with marketing and RevOps, Ingimar Eyfjörð Smárason, data engineer, and Alfred Wallner, BDR in Denmark.
Basic data makes it possible
Denmark's freely available basic data has helped make our AI models possible. In a new video from the Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure, Anders Holm Jørgensen, Founder & CEO of proprty.ai, explains how basic data can be turned into concrete solutions for buildings and maintenance.
proprty.ai won the Basic Data Award in 2025, a recognition we are still very proud of.
