About Jenny Stadigs

Jenny Stadigs is Marketing Lead at proprty.ai and works at the intersection of product, market and communication.

She is responsible for positioning, content, website and marketing activities that support the company’s growth. A central part of her work is translating complex analyses of building data and AI models into something property organisations can understand and use in practice.

In many property portfolios, large amounts of information about the buildings already exist. Condition assessments, technical reports and various registrations are produced on an ongoing basis. The challenge is often not a lack of data, but how that knowledge is used to support concrete priorities in maintenance planning and decision-making.

This is where communication and positioning play an important role. Jenny works closely with the product team, leadership and the commercial organisation to ensure that the technology is explained clearly and connected to the real decisions property owners and asset managers face in their daily work.

Her work spans website development, content and webinars as well as analysis and thought leadership on data-driven maintenance. The goal is to make the relationships between building data, AI and property operations understandable and relevant for the industry.

Jenny has a background in journalism and B2B SaaS marketing. This combination creates a strong focus on clarity, credibility and communication that starts from real-world problems rather than the technology itself.
