Below, we describe the types of personal data we may collect about you and how we collect such data. In section 3, we provide an overview explaining the purposes for which we process your personal data, including the legal basis on which the processing is carried out.

We only process your personal data where permitted under applicable legislation.

Administration and fulfilment of an agreement with you, including creating and administering your user account and our AI platform, handling customer enquiries, and generally exercising our rights under our agreement with you.

We only send marketing communications if you have given your consent pursuant to (iii), or where otherwise permitted under the Danish Marketing Practices Act.

Purpose of processing:

Improve and optimise our business, website, products, marketing, customer service, and user experience, including data analysis, statistics, troubleshooting, testing, and system maintenance.

Legal basis for processing and our legitimate interests:
(iv) Necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest in developing our products and services, keeping our website updated and relevant, improving user experience, and optimising our marketing strategy.

To the extent that we have relied on our legitimate interests as the legal basis for the processing of personal data, we have carried out a balancing of interests to ensure that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms do not override our legitimate interests.

4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be disclosed to external data processors who process the data on our behalf for the purposes described above. We use data processors, among other things, for technical operation and improvement of the website, distribution of newsletters, and for your assessment of our company and products. These data processors act on our instructions and process personal data for which we are the data controller. We do not permit our data processors to process the data for purposes other than fulfilling the agreement with us, and they are subject to confidentiality obligations.

When you use our website, cookies may be placed on your device, data may be collected, and such data may be shared with third parties. On our platform, cookies are used solely for technical authentication solutions. We may also disclose your personal data to third parties who act as independent data controllers.

We may disclose your personal data where we assess that such disclosure is necessary in order to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to requests from public authorities.

We do not transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU or the EEA unless we have ensured compliance with GDPR Chapter V.

6. HOW LONG DO WE STORE PERSONAL DATA?

We store personal data about you for as long as we have a legitimate purpose for doing so. When we no longer have a legitimate purpose and no longer need to process your personal data, we delete or anonymise the data.

When determining the retention period, we take various criteria into account, such as mandatory statutory retention periods, limitation periods, etc. Personal data may be stored for a longer period if we are legally obliged to do so, or if storage is necessary in order to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

7. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

In order to ensure transparency regarding the processing of your personal data, we, as the data controller, must inform you of your rights and how you can exercise them. If you wish to exercise one or more of your rights, you are welcome to contact us.

• The right to obtain access to the personal data we have registered about you, the purposes for which the data is processed, the categories of recipients (if any), and the source of the data.

• The right to have inaccurate or incorrect personal data relating to you rectified.

• The right, in certain cases, to have all or some of your personal data erased.

• The right, in certain cases, to have the processing of your personal data restricted to storage only, for example if you believe that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate.

• The right to data portability in respect of personal data that you have provided to us, insofar as such data has been collected on the basis of your consent or because we process the data in order to perform our agreement with you, and where the processing is carried out by automated means.

• The right, in certain cases, to object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), on grounds relating to your particular situation. You also have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.

• Where our processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

6. HVOR LÆNGE GEMMER VI PERSONOPLYSNINGER?

Du har desuden til enhver tid ret til at gøre indsigelse mod vores behandling af dine personoplysninger med henblik på direkte markedsføring.
