We have launched a new Power BI dashboard that provides:

a quick look at building parts with the shortest residual life
comprehensive overview of portfolio costs
interactive filters so that the focus is kept on the most important

The dashboard is an additional option that provides even more insight into the decision-making basis.

How do we keep millions of building data up to date all the time?

Each night, our data pipeline pulls data from BBR, energy databases and aerial photos, converts it into a format AI can use, and packages it into a data layer ready for analysis.

The process takes 2—3 hours and ensures that our customers always work with the latest and most accurate data.
