Københavns Ejendomme has gained a new strategic overview of its extensive property portfolio. With AI analyses and data integration from proprty.ai, the municipality can now make faster, more informed decisions and shift focus from reactive repairs to planned maintenance.

Managing hundreds of buildings and large volumes of data made it difficult for Københavns Ejendomme to establish a valid, unified decision foundation. Data was spread across multiple systems, and ensuring data quality and governance required significant resources.

“We have a lot of fragmented data, and when we need to make decisions across our portfolio, the data foundation is not always reliable enough. That makes it harder to manage both maintenance and CO₂ considerations,” says Michael Friis Ørsted, Head of Property Data and Sustainability.

At the same time, tight budgets increased the need to prioritise investments precisely and avoid costly, unplanned repairs.

Københavns Ejendomme continues its collaboration with proprty.ai to expand analyses with CO₂ data and energy impact, enabling maintenance and renovation decisions to be made with climate considerations at the forefront.
