This article is based on our latest newsletter for customers and leads.
There's a lot going on in proprty.ai right now.
We have held webinars on technical debt, shared new perspectives on AI and prepared for the launch of our CO₂ module.
Here you will get a quick overview of the most important news and updates.
🌱 The CO₂ module is right on the stairs
We are approaching the launch of the CO₂ module as a new option in proprty.ai.
The module can be activated directly, without the need for additional deployment or onboarding.
We are proud of the work.
The CO₂ module makes climate work concrete and measurable and shows how data can be translated directly into action in the maintenance plan.
With the module you get:
- a fully calculated overview of the portfolio's CO₂ footprint and dynamic energy labels
- automatic benchmarking against CRREM and EPBD
- Recommendations for the most valuable improvements for both the climate and the economy
All assembled directly in proprty.ai, without spreadsheets or extra systems.

⚡ The EPBD directive is coming — are you ready?
The new Energy Performance of Buildings Directive means that all existing portfolios must reduce energy consumption by 16 percent by 2030.
We have already built the EPBD requirements into the CO₂ module.
This means that you get a clear overview and a concrete plan for how the portfolio can meet the new requirements — without additional analysis projects.

📊 Energy labels that go with reality
An energy label lasts for up to 10 years, but buildings change all the time.
In the CO₂ module, energy labels are automatically updated based on actual consumption and real CO₂ emissions.
It provides a much more precise basis for decision making when prioritising investments and investments in the portfolio.

🧠 Blog: The new role of knowledge in an AI era
AI is not changing the need for knowledge -- but the way we use it.
In a new blog post, Anders Holm describes how AI raises the level of knowledge in organizations and at the same time makes experience even more valuable.

🎥 Thank you for a successful webinar
Thank you to everyone who participated in the webinar “Minimize technical debt”.
It was a session with many good points on how to calculate backlog and prioritise maintenance when the budget is squeezed.
Anders Holm Jørgensen interviewed Mikkel Jensen and Kenneth Bo Christensen (Bygdrift APS), and we ended with a live demo and Q&A.

🎬 Customer video: City & Port lifts operations with AI
In the video, he tells how proprty.ai provides:
- a uniform assessment of buildings;
- integration with the FM system
- a common overview of images, notes and data
