News from proprty.ai: Updates from product and practice

This article is based on our latest newsletters to customers and leads.

We have gathered a number of updates and experiences from the recent period, both from the product, from working in practice and from what is happening around maintenance and prioritization.

Here is a combined overview.

Updates in the platform

Several of the changes focus on making data easier to work with in practice.

More flexible use of data
Our API has been improved, making it easier to integrate with other systems and work with data across sources.

More consistent data foundation
The platform helps avoid inconsistent input, making data more uniform and usable.

Import of maintenance plans from Excel
It is now possible to import existing plans and compare them with AI’s assessments and maintenance suggestions.

Better overview in daily work
Several smaller interface improvements make it easier to work across buildings.

Overall, this makes it easier to work with data in practice and create better overview across portfolios.

Experience from practice: Roskilde Kommune

‍

In a recent webinar, Roskilde Municipality shared how they are working to gather a common data base for maintenance and budget.

A key point is that data is not an end in itself, but a prerequisite for better prioritisation.

They work, among other things, to:

  • Start small and test on one building
  • pooling data as a common starting point
  • Improve prioritisation across

Operational meetup in Copenhagen

On April 22, we will hold an operational meetup in Copenhagen, focusing on lessons learned from practice.

Here, City & Havn and Ishøj Municipality share what has made the difference in the work to move from fire fighting to planned maintenance.

The meeting is relevant for those who work with operations and maintenance and would like to hear how others work more systematically in practice.

Perspective: Denmark and AI

AI is often treated as one single competition.
