We have launched a new version of our AI model, upgraded reporting, delivered numerous product improvements and taken important steps forward in CO₂ analysis and sustainability.
Here you will get an overview of the most important news.
🧠 New AI model for state and residual life
The new version is trained at over 12,000 building parts from 9,600 buildings and contains much more detailed input — including energy labels, materials, building type and ownership.
The result is significantly better precision.
The new model is actually around 50 percent more accurate than the previous version and provides an even stronger decision-making basis for prioritising maintenance.

📄 New and improved Power BI reports
Our Power BI reports have received a major upgrade.
You can now:
- choose exactly which buildings and maintenance plans to include
- have reports delivered in both Word and Excel formats
- navigate with dynamic table of contents and click directly on full-resolution images
The reports are automatically sent directly to your mail — ready to use without waiting.

🔧 Multiple product improvements
It has also landed a host of minor but important improvements to the platform:
- New cost model for more accurate forecasts of maintenance at building component level
- Performance-boostwhere tables load up to 12 times faster
- “Take my 80% button”that helps to fill in the building parts table based on lowest security
- Smarter registrationwhere individual buildings can be easily removed from a property
- Over 32 bug fixes and 17 UX upgrades
At the same time, we continue to work on:
- a new onboarding flow
- better financial overview on the home screen
- a new model for backlog and optimization
- graduated assessment of building components based on public data
🌱 New possibilities for CO₂ analysis and sustainability
Our sustainability module is now taking shape in earnest.
In addition to an overview of CO₂ footprint and energy label effects, we are working with new features such as:
- analysis of the CO₂ effect of maintenance
- assessment of embedded CO₂
- simulation of green scenarios with economic overview
