We have updated the logic behind building parts so that data is now linked directly to the individual property instead of general building part types.

Already now we have automatically added over 1,000,000 building parts from the database of existing customers.
It saves time, reduces errors and provides a much better prioritization base in the portfolio from day one.

We've made it even easier to get started in proprty.ai.

With our new onboarding flow, you get:

• comprehensive overview of maintenance budget and CO₂ footprint from first login
• a step-by-step introduction directly into the platform
• Faster path to real value in everyday life

This means that new users can board at their own pace — and at the same time get the most out of the platform from the start.

🔧 Add activities directly to buildings

We have also expanded the functionality around activities and task management.

Now you can:

• create and assign maintenance tasks directly in a building context
• plan, prioritize and follow up in one place
• get a much more effective overview of the portfolio's stakes

This makes everyday life easier — and ensures better consistency between data, planning and execution.
