This article is based on our latest newsletter to customers and leads.
We have been busy at proprty.ai lately. New features have been launched, the platform has been further developed, and our dialogue with the industry on AI, data, and property operations has intensified.
Below is a consolidated overview of the most important updates from the past period.
🌱 CO₂ reduction in practice
Our CO₂ module is now live in proprty.ai.
The module has been developed in close cooperation with the City of Copenhagen, Danish Shopping Centers and City & Havn and makes it possible to work more operationally with CO₂ directly in the maintenance plan.
It is CO₂ as an integral part of a.
It is not a separate analysis project, but a practical tool that links state, energy and investment into a unified decision-making framework.
In this way, sustainability also becomes an economic management tool.

🍃 Product updates
We have taken several important steps in the further development of proprty.ai.
The work has focused in particular on three areas:
- Better overview and prioritization across portfolios
- Continuous improvements in the user experience based on customer feedback
- Enhanced integration and data quality
In addition, we have prepared the platform for several languages and markets.
The goal is the same as always. To make operational, maintenance and investment decisions more data-driven, more operational and easier to work with in everyday life.

🌍 New website
We have just launched a new version of our website.
The site has been built from the ground up in Webflow to ensure better performance, a more contemporary visual identity, and a structure that is easier to develop in line with the product.
The content will be continuously expanded as the platform grows. At present, the site is available in Danish, with English, German, and Dutch versions on the way.
