At proprty.ai, we are constantly working to make maintenance plans more usable, efficient and sustainable. Therefore, we are pleased to announce a new functionality: the energy label is now integrated into the maintenance plan!
What does that mean to you?
We have collected energy reports on all properties in the country and now show concrete proposals for energy improvements directly in the maintenance plan. This implies:
- Price estimates: Estimated prices for the recommended improvements.
- Description of improvements: Take a closer look at what can be improved.
- Expected CO2 savings: Get insight into the expected CO2 savings.
- Direct link to the energy report: See the sourcefor the proposals.
Now you can get a unified plan that takes into account both sustainability and traditional maintenance — making it easier to understand which energy improvements make sense.
It is important to emphasize that these recommendations are not yet predictions from our AI model, but direct extracts from existing energy reports.
