Proprty.ai enters into partnership with PensionDanmark Ejendomme K/S

Proprty.ai has entered into a strategic collaboration with PensionDanmark Ejendomme K/S to digitize and optimize property management using artificial intelligence (AI). The aim of the collaboration is to give PensionDanmark deeper insight into their property portfolio, while improving the management and development of the properties. A stable and high return requires deep control and understanding of the condition of the properties, which is precisely our focus in this partnership.

We will also strengthen PensionDanmark's predictability in CAPEX development by providing detailed insight into the health and maintenance needs of the properties, both at the individual property level and across the portfolio.
