Yesterday we took part in the exciting event Passports to the Future hos PropTech Denmark where we got a fascinating insight into how material passports It could revolutionize the construction industry. The aim is to create digital identities for building materials so that their origin, composition and potential for reuse can be traced. A technology that ensures that in the future we can build more sustainably and efficiently, as well as reduce international barriers to data.
At proprty.ai, we have already taken many of the same steps as material passports. Our platform enables property owners and managers to collect detailed data on the condition and maintenance needs of buildings. With our technology, we can not only optimize planning, but also ensure that buildings are maintained in a way that promotes energy efficiency and sustainability.
One of the highlights of the day was Henrik Steenstrups Presentations from By & Havn where he shared their experiences with proprty.ai. Henrik explained how they use our platform to match AI data with reality and create relationships between buildings and the data they generate. In addition, they use proprty.ai as a kind of “sanity check” of their procedures to make sure that everything proceeds as it should. The platform also helps them maintain an ongoing dialogue with both tenants and users, which is essential to understanding the needs of the buildings.

These insights underscore how proprty.ai can be integrated into complex real estate portfolios and ensure that maintenance becomes more data-driven and efficient.
We look forward to building on the opportunities provided by material passports offer, and maybe one day integrate them with our AI solutions. The future looks promising — and we are ready to lead the way!
