Large property owners are essentially doing condition assessments and maintenance plans the same way they did back in the 1990s. The procedure typically takes 3-5 days, during which a professional has to go from basement to twig and then manually enter the data.
proprty.ai now comes with a solution that can handle the assessments in minutes. The AI-based tool was launched the other day at BLOX in Copenhagen, where representatives from DAB, KAB, AAB and Copenhagen Ejendomme participated. Together, they make up 18 percent of the residential rental market, and the prominent industry players have been a key part of the development of the new tool.
“Property owners have struggled for many years with automating and digitising condition assessments and maintenance planning. Many have tried, but the data has often been in silos, incomplete or unreliable. proprty.ai now solves those problems with our self-learning AI engine. Our solution uses advanced algorithms to analyze data and generate accurate condition assessments and maintenance schedules. In this way, property owners can save time and money, improve efficiency and extend the life of their properties,” says Founder and CEO Anders Holm Jørgensen.
Big ambitionsproprty.ai's tool is now available on the Danish market, and the company is fully rolling it out at DAB, KAB, AAB and Københavns Ejendomme. At the same time, there is considerable interest from several other leading players in the real estate industry.
“We have a vision to get all the big property owners to use the tool. Size is important. Every time a new property owner enters data into our system, it improves our ability to predict the property's condition and plans for maintenance. This enables everyone in the industry to predict and plan maintenance with unprecedented precision based on data,” says Anders Holm Jørgensen.
While proprty.ai strengthens its position in the Danish market, the company already has ambitions to use the tool in other industries and in the long term across national borders.
“We see tremendous potential in expanding our technology into new industries and across borders. There are many sectors that can benefit from our data-driven approach to property management, and we will certainly be able to help even more people optimize their management,” concludes Anders Holm Jørgensen.
