November and December were bright months in proprty.ai. First, we were announced a million dollar donation from Innobooster, an affirmation of our commitment to and ability to drive ground-breaking innovation in a traditional industry such as the real estate industry. Shortly afterwards, the sun shone again when we became part of a course with Realdania under the 'Innovation to Market' programme. These two events mark a significant recognition from some of the most influential players in the industry.
Their support is proof that what we are creating is true innovation. It is not simply an idea or concept, but something that has the potential to revolutionize the way the real estate industry thinks and works. It is also a clear signal that the industry not only recognises our work but also actively wants to support us and see us succeed.
It is with a sense of pride and humility that we look back on these achievements. They are not only a pat on the shoulder, but also a responsibility we bear to ensure that our innovations reach their full potential. This responsibility is especially important now that in January we are starting a capital raising with the goal of reaching an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of over DKK 15 million and expanding into new markets.
We look forward to the challenges and opportunities the coming year brings and we are grateful for the trust and support we have received. Together, we will continue to pave the way for innovation and create a brighter, more sustainable future.
