The past few weeks have been some exciting and educational weeks in Proprty.ai. We have been on field work with all of our 4 partners. The aim was to test the app to conduct condition detections, and as anxiety-provoking it can be to get critical glances directed at your child, such a feeling also emerged throughout the team. What are they thinking? Do they like it? Do we create excitement or just a feeling of it similar to something we've seen before?
Out of the office and out on to the properties
Truly a cool experience to be allowed to come in the backpack of our partners while they had proprty.ai in hand and inspected the properties. We have been in a beautiful old barn from the beginning of the 1900's at Amager, a newer high-rise building in the North, a 1940s building in Sydhavn and a kindergarten from the 10s in Nordvest.

We go there enriched with many useful and good learnings that are essential to the work we are in front of.
How high could the bird fly?
Back to the 'verdict', from the critical eyes who tested Proprty.ai. We are very happy that we were able to put a big check mark on the business scope, we have solved the task so that you will be able to carry out condition assessments in our app. However, the trees do not grow into the clouds, we have a design task that has not been solved. We compete against pen and paper when it comes to navigation between the building parts and between the data to be collected in a registration. This we have good ideas on how to solve, but the journey led to an end. In addition, we also learned the importance of spending the time during inspections on seeing as much of the property as possible and getting as much information from the local person on site — we need to be able to offer an experience that ensures this purpose.
Some users questioned the value of being able to complete the registration onsite versus post-processing in the office. We have turned it around and taken on the challenge of how can we organize an experience that makes the value of post-processing not value-creating.
A huge thank you to DAB, AAB, KAB and Copenhagen properties for taking us on a tour.
