Sara Skov is Chief of Staff at proprty.ai, where she works at the intersection of strategy, operations and growth.
She brings more than 15 years of experience from tech and data companies. Throughout her career, she has worked across functions including customer success, operations, product marketing and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Most recently, she comes from the startup ecosystem in New York, where she has worked on building functions, driving go-to-market and creating alignment between product, customers and business.
Across her roles, Sara has focused on making organisations work in practice. She operates in the space between strategy and execution, with a focus on driving progress in complex situations where multiple teams and priorities need to come together.
At proprty.ai, Sara works closely with the leadership team and across the organisation to support the company’s continued growth. This includes strengthening structures and ways of working, driving key initiatives forward and helping build the organisation as it scales.
Her work spans areas such as international go-to-market, team building and the development of customer success.
Sara is particularly interested in how organisations can grow without losing momentum. How to introduce structure without slowing things down, and how to create clear ways of working while maintaining the flexibility of a startup.
